Stake BZ Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

Eligibility

To open and use a stake bz account, you must meet the following conditions at all times. If any of these conditions are not met, you are not permitted to register or continue using the platform.

• Age: You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. In the Philippines, the minimum age for online gambling participation is eighteen years old. stake bz will request age verification at any point and will suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where use of stake bz is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the platform is legal where you are.
• Identity: You must be a real, individual person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and accounts created on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Single account: Each person may hold only one stake bz account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all affected accounts being closed.
• Exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or a regulatory exclusion that covers stake bz at the time of registration or use.

Account Registration

When you register with stake bz, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, contact details, and any additional information requested during verification. Submitting false or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

stake bz reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal, after a period of account inactivity, or following unusual activity. Documents submitted for verification must be authentic, unaltered, and issued by a recognised authority.

Account registration does not guarantee permanent access to any specific feature, game, promotion, or payment method. stake bz may modify available features at any time. Opening an account confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

Deposits

All deposits to a stake bz account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The following payment types may be available subject to operational availability: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. The exact list of available options is shown in the account cashier at the time of transaction.

All amounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed before confirmation. stake bz does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds received from unrecognised sources may be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to origin rather than credited to the account.

stake bz is not responsible for charges or fees applied by your payment provider. Any charges imposed by your bank, wallet provider, or card issuer for sending funds are separate from the stake bz platform and are the account holder's responsibility.

Deposits are not accepted from credit facilities or borrowed funds. By completing a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own and come from a legitimate source you are legally entitled to use.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at stake bz are subject to identity verification, account review, and the conditions of the relevant payment method. Eligible funds are those that do not remain subject to active betting activity, account conditions, or pending review at the time the withdrawal request is submitted.

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment destination registered in your own name. stake bz will not send funds to a third-party wallet, bank account, or card. Where a previously used deposit method is available as a withdrawal destination, stake bz may direct the withdrawal to that method in the first instance.

Processing times depend on the selected method, identity verification status, and any review that may apply. stake bz will provide status information through the account interface. Submitting duplicate withdrawal requests while the original remains pending can cause processing delays and should be avoided.

stake bz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing a withdrawal where the account has not previously been verified or where the withdrawal amount or circumstances warrant additional review.

Gaming Rules

Each game or betting market offered at stake bz is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed before or during play. These specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that product.

Game outcomes at stake bz are produced by certified random number generation or by live dealer processes. stake bz does not manipulate outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors that produce clearly unintended results — such as a displayed payout that conflicts with the stated game rules — may be corrected. In such cases stake bz will credit or void the affected bet and explain the adjustment to the account holder.

Bets placed after a market has officially closed will be voided. Where connectivity issues prevent a bet from being confirmed prior to market closure, the stake will be returned to the account balance. It is the player's responsibility to confirm bet acceptance before closing the betting interface.

Maximum and minimum stake amounts apply across all products. These limits are displayed per game or market. stake bz reserves the right to adjust maximum stakes for individual accounts where betting patterns are identified as unusual or inconsistent with normal recreational activity.

Return-to-player figures provided for casino games are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed outcomes for any individual session. Past results have no bearing on future results in games where outcomes are determined by random number generation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited at stake bz. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Multiple accounts

Opening or operating more than one stake bz account, whether under your own name or a different identity.

Third-party payments

Depositing from or withdrawing to payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.

Collusion

Coordinating play or information-sharing with other players to gain an advantage in poker or any other game.

Fraudulent activity

Chargebacks, payment fraud, stolen card use, identity misrepresentation, or any form of financial deception.

Automated play

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with stake bz games or the cashier without manual input.

Exploitation

Attempting to exploit technical errors, software faults, or payment processing delays for financial gain.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your stake bz login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered email or phone number. stake bz support will never ask for your full password or verification code during a support interaction.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, update your password immediately and contact stake bz support. Account activity that occurs before you report a compromise and before the account is secured may not automatically qualify for reversal.

Do not access your stake bz account from a shared or public device without taking precautions — log out fully at the end of each session and avoid saving credentials on devices that others can access. stake bz recommends using a unique password not shared with other online services, including your email or payment applications.

stake bz may temporarily suspend an account if unusual login activity is detected. This is a protective measure. The account holder will be guided through a verification process to restore access. During a suspension triggered by security review, no betting or financial activity will be processed.

Account Suspension and Closure

stake bz may suspend or close an account at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, that the account holder is no longer eligible, or that the account has been involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to betting and financial functions may be restricted while the review takes place. stake bz will communicate the reason for suspension through the registered contact details where doing so does not compromise the investigation.

Account holders may also request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting stake bz support. Upon closure, any eligible balance remaining after settling outstanding activity will be returned to the verified payment destination on file. Funds associated with prohibited activity are not eligible for withdrawal.

A self-exclusion request is processed as a permanent or time-limited closure. Once a self-exclusion is in place, stake bz will not accept re-registration attempts from the same person until the exclusion period has ended, where a time-limited exclusion was selected and the conditions for reinstatement are met.

Liability

stake bz provides the platform on an as-available basis. We aim for consistent, reliable access to all features, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

stake bz is not liable for losses that arise from connectivity failures on the player's side, including internet disruptions, device failures, or browser issues that interrupt a session. Where a disruption prevents a bet from being confirmed or a game from concluding, the stake bz system records are the authoritative reference for the transaction status.

stake bz is not responsible for decisions made by account holders regarding bet selection, stake size, session length, or financial management. Players accept that all gaming involves risk and that losses are a possible outcome of every session.

Changes to These Terms

stake bz may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform interface or to your registered contact details. Continued use of stake bz after a change has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
